Shaded by a large oak tree, Villa Sterna has all the elegant yet simple charm of its sister, Villa Aloni. The name Sterna refers to the ancient method of storing water. Retained on site is the original Sterna used to water the animals previously grazed on the site. Today the new Villa Sterna and its sister Villa Aloni have been designed to catch winter rainfall in underground tanks. Water is a feature of the villa and it’s therefore appropriate that the feature pool along the entrance way and the swimming pool catch your eye as soon as you enter the property.
Villa Sterna sleeps up to six with three en-suite bedrooms – each either a twin or double – has a large, open-plan sitting room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, a welcome relief on a hot summer’s night, plus a TV/DVD and a CD player.
The interior has been tastefully designed and so too the exterior, which features a barbecue and dining area, shaded gardens, swimming pool and, of course, fabulous views down the hillside. If you like Villa Sterna then call us now to learn more.
